Warren wrote to me about the plans to have a Drupal coding fellowship programme in India. And BTW, we have launched a new blog called SouthAsiaICT4D. It came real following the idea and promptings of Reba Shahid, an ICT journalist in Karachi's SPIDER magazine about the internet.
